João Pereira de Lemos
was born in 1932, at Vilar in Aveiro, Portugal.
For forty years he was
a designer
- planner of machines,
of naval construction, of mines, of dock works, and ornamental tiles
painter.
He was awarded ten
times in Literary Contests and eleven in Photography ones.
Co Disciple of Manuel
Bandarra Plastic Artists, he was awarded for several times in São
Paulo, Brazil; of his brother, Jeremias, and the clay artist, Zé
Augusto.
His paintings in oil paints are present in the United States of
America, Canada, Germany and Cyprus. He's Member of A.D.E.R.A.V
(Defence of Patrimony) and of AveiroArte.
